GMC Home Decor partners with third-party suppliers to bring you a wide selection of home decor products. Because items are shipped directly from our suppliers, shipping times and carriers may vary by product and location. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • International: 15–45 business days (where available)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. You can track your order using the link provided in your email.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

GMC Home Decor is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. GMC Home Decor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@GMCHOMEDECOR.COM. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted to our supplier.


Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. GMC Home Decor is not liable for shipping delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@GMCHOMEDECOR.COM and we will do our best to assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier directly
  3. Wait 3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

If still missing after 3 business days, contact us at info@GMCHOMEDECOR.COM and we will investigate with the carrier.
