Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@gmchomedecor.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in processing with our suppliers and cannot be cancelled.
